How do I get NEPC Number?

You can get your NEPC number by registering via the E-registration platform of NEPC. NEPC issued certificates are valid for an initial two years (24 months), after which it becomes renewable every year. These certificate with their numbers is required for business registration and verification on the Export-Nigeria Marketplace.

I received an order request for a product, what should I do?

If you are interested in the fulfilling the order, go to "Customer Requests" and "Accept" the order. The Buyer would receive an email of your acceptance. You can call the buyer (or the buyer would call you) to finalize the transaction.

I have forgotten my password, how do I reset it?

Request for a password reset by using the link "forgot password", follow the prompting and use the One-Time Pin (OTP) that will be sent to the registered email to create a new password and re-login.

How do I contact a vendor to buy his product?

Any vendor listed on the platform has provided contact information on his business page on registration. A vendor can be reached via the contact channels provided.

How do I find Vendors?

The main page shows the “Directory” where vendors can be searched for and contacted via the information they have provided.

How do I find specific products?

Type specifically for the desired product using keywords. You can also utilize the filters.

Is it safe to pay a vendor I find here for a product?

It is safe to pay a vendor for the desired product after you have placed an order and completed your negotiations. However, do ensure to make all necessary checks and verifications before paying or transacting with a vendor. What is the difference between Supplier, Exporter and Aggregator?

The supplier is a business that generates or creates the products, the exporter is a business that is involved in the export of products and has the requisite licenses to execute exports from Nigeria, and the aggregator sources products from suppliers and exporters to provide a very large quantity export products.

How do I get Verified on Export Nigeria Marketplace?

Register your business on the webpage, upload the required documents, input your NEPC Number and wait for approval from NEPC.

A purchase request would be sent to the vendor who would contact you. You can also access the vendor's Email and Phone Number to directly engage.

Register. Create a business account by filling the business form, submit required documents, upload your products in line with our conditions and start selling.
